well-maintained room, everything was very good. incredible views of garden and marvellous breakfasts with many options. location close to several restaurants and shops, the amusement park and the centre of all of the bars and restaurants. perfect overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicholas Color! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, but surprisingly quiet. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with shiny, immaculate rooms and a small but lovely pool area. The pool bar served delicious cocktails too! The staff were friendly and the service was great. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

I didnt like that fact the air condition was not included in the package, when I paid for the room they should of told me then and there that I would have to pay extra!!!, Its not the 6 pounds!!. We were looking for the remote and went to the reception then they told us we have to pay. So basically when entering the hotel there should be a person with kind manners and willing to help and should explain everything and guide you to the rooms!, Other than that it was okay

Hard to think of anything.

Numbers, cleaning of numbers, kitchen equipment, range from city center, range from a beach (not so it is far).

Security (very impudent person), the internal schedule of hotel, responsiveness of the personnel on a reception at arrival (conversation consisted that you reserved and to refuse can't any more so we aren't excited with your opinion and whether there are you or will leave, money all the same at us, and further not our problems - good-bye). Absence on a reception of the elementary information (Maps, info for cyprus, guidebooks).

Location, quite clean if you can live with a few ants. {Tipu de la receptie nu e roman!}

Location: the hotel was right by several restaurants as well as spent around £ 700 on all inclusive for 5 days.

I asked for superior queen room and it was bright and quiet with a view.

The breakfast offered was particularly nice with panoramic views. The location was great and simple - ease of access to Thalassa Museum. This hotel was in a great area very close to a Luna Park, all beaches, east or west, and nicholas.

The hotel had modern and cheerful decor, and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. The hotel was located near several restaurants and shops, and it was within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast had a good selection.

friendly staff and very good location between the beach and the clubbing area of ayia napa...

had to kill two gigantic cockroaches in the room in one night but this is cyprus and we are used to living together with them :P...

The positioning is great. Close to everything.... Shops, restaurants, the beach, the port, the amusement park, the buss station. Very big parking space, a clean and nice pool... All rooms had pool view. The personnel was so so friendly and helpfull. Free usage on the fridge. Double access from 2 parallel roads.

DiRTY rooms. The walls were dirty, so were the bed sheets and the floors... Walking berefoot was a big no-no. Also the ceiling of the bathroom was grose. The access from the roads was a bit long and dark but if you are not alone that shouldn't be a serious problem. No tv. .

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of everything, making it easy for us to explore the city center. The theme park, restaurants, bars, stores, and even the main park were all within walking distance. It was so convenient!

This hotel is definitely recommended for families.
